In this course, we will review a different refinance package for each class. These files are examples from different states, which has different requirements for each loan you close.  In your journey as a Loan Signing Agent, you will discover that not all loan packages look the same.  Some of the different forms can be challenging to complete. By taking this class, you will  learn how to overcome your fear of handling and completing different refinance packages from different states. To obtain your confidence in the loan signing process, take as many refinances fundamental courses as you can. Repetition is key in this industry. We will go over the  all of the critical documents in each package.

Learn the fundamentals of completing a package that contains paperwork for the purchase of real property. These packages are standard size files, which are highly sensitive and are typically same day funding. These files require attention to details and a complete understanding of the different forms that are critical in the signing package. These files usually require scan backs/faxbacks to the Signing Agency and/or Title and Escrow.

This strategy session will be a monthly meeting set aside for aligning and focusing on your individual and business goals as a Notary/Loan Signing Agent. You will be able to collaborate with Mentors, Business Coaches, and SME's in the industry, who will provide vital resources for helping you scale your business and effectively understand your business objectives that will orchestrate and lead to your overall success in the industry!

Bring your laptops and be sure to have all of your Notary/LSA credentials ready. The mentors are going to do live demonstrations of calling signing services, and completing phone scripts! They will demonstrate Marketing techniques, such as setting up google business pages, completing one-pagers and how to create a Marketing Plan.  Our goal will be to make sure everyone attending these sessions will be equipped with the tools needed to orchestrate and build a profitable and scalable loan signing/notary business.

Understand the methods of guiding your sellers through their paperwork, without falling into the loophole of the unauthorized practice of law. These files usually require scan backs to the Signing Agencies and/or Title and Escrow immediately after completion.

In this course we will go over Colorado Notary Laws. The Colorado Secretary of the State recently imposed new laws that must be adhered to by every Notary and Loan Signing Agent, we will discuss these laws and make sure your are compliant, and remain compliant throughout your LSA/Notary career.

We will also go over laws governing notaries who are Loan Signing Agents.
